Jill Villa, PEC Administrative Assistant

Personal Information: I am married to Bret Villa, who is from Amherst, OH. I grew up in Swainsboro, GA. Bret and I moved to Metter in 1995. We have two children: Hunter who is an 8th grader, and Mason who is a 2nd grader. I enjoy reading, working out, and golf (when I have time).

Education: I graduated from Calvary Baptist in 1990. I went on to receive a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Minor in Sociology from Georgia Southern University.

Work History: While in college, I worked as a Counselor Assistant at an alcohol and drug rehabilitation center. Upon graduation, I took a job with the Georgia Department of Corrections as a Counselor Offender Rehabilitator. I have also worked as an office manager for a waste management company. I am currently the Administrative Assistant for the Program of Exceptional Children. My other job responsibilities at the Board of Education include assisting the System Test Coordinator and coordinating Medicaid services for students with disabilities. I serve as a member of the Parent Advisory Team for the Program of Exceptional Children. I love my job and working with children who have disabilities.
