Bubba Longgrear is in his fourth year with the Candler County School District. He has served in the role of Assistant Superintendent for Student Services for all four years. Some of the areas he oversees include Special Education, Transportation, and School Safety. Bubba is married to the former Lisa Brannen of Glennville, GA. They have three children- Jackson (3rd grade), Brooks (1st Grade), and Adysan (preschool). Lisa is a part-time teacher at Metter High School. Prior to joining the Candler County School District, Bubba worked twelve years in the Tattnall County School District in various roles including teacher, coach, and Principal. Bubba and Lisa reside in Metter and attend First Baptist Church.
